Facilitated special backstage access to a premier global attraction for a student visit from the University of Liverpool. This engagement focused on bridging corporate legacy with academic excellence, honoring the connection between prestigious institutions and leadership.
Strategic Brand Assets & Art Direction
A fully executed functional art concept featuring commissioned artwork by Greg Mike in East Atlanta, GA. Created for over 300+ international attendees of an internal meeting, this project involved art direction, production, and the curation of premium amenity drops.

For Airbnb Superhosts
A concierge layer for
your guests.
The Conduit Agency partners with select Atlanta Superhosts to offer guests a private concierge experience — without changing how you operate.
Per-Stay Partnership
You commission and pay for concierge support on a booking-by-booking basis. No monthly commitment. The concierge fee covers time and expertise. Third-party costs are always separate and pre-approved.
Monthly Retainer
A flat monthly fee covers concierge support for all bookings within that month. Most hosts recover this cost through a modest nightly rate adjustment — $20–$40 per night typically covers it.
Guest-Direct
Add one line to your welcome materials introducing the service. Guests engage and pay The Conduit Agency directly. You have zero financial involvement — ever. The guest experience improves, and your reviews reflect it.
On third-party costs:The concierge fee covers expertise and coordination only. Amenities, transportation, and vendor services are always separate — billed at cost plus a 20% coordination fee, pre-approved in writing. Example: a private car at $120 = $144 total ($120 + $24 coordination). You always know the cost before anything is confirmed.
